The Brong Ahafo Chapter (B/A Chapter), is the administrative arm of CUA Ltd. in the Bono, Bono-East and Ahafo Regions; having oversight responsibility over the Credit Unions in the aforementioned Regions.  There are currently forty-seven (47) Cooperative Credit Unions including study groups. The Affiliated Credit Unions number thirty-four (37).  Credit Union activities are dominant in the Bono and Bono East Regions.

The Chapter is led by Ms. Esther Agyekum as the Chairperson. She also doubles as the Chairperson for Berekum Area Teachers Cooperative Credit Union and the 2^nd Vice Chair on the CUA Board.

The Chapter is mainly responsible for supervision, advocacy, protection of image, and providing technical support for the Credit Unions under its’ jurisdiction.

The leadership of the Chapter is poised to promote vibrant and sustainable Credit Unions and to make the Credit Union name a household word. We sincerely welcome all and sundry, within and outside the three regions to join in sharing the Cooperative Credit Union “good news”.
